Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the ChatDeck browser extension, this website and related services. By using ChatDeck you agree to them.

The service

ChatDeck adds organization, search, prompt and export tools to third-party AI assistants. We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or xAI, and we cannot guarantee that changes to those services will not affect ChatDeck.

Accounts

You can use the free tier without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in uses one-time codes sent to that address.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are described on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Lifetime plans are a one-time payment for the life of the product. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not resell, share or publish license keys.
• Do not attempt to bypass plan limits or licensing checks.
• Do not use ChatDeck to break the terms of the AI services you use with it.
• Do not reverse engineer our server API or interfere with its operation.

Your content

You keep all rights to your conversations, prompts and other content. We only process synced items to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep ChatDeck reliable, but the service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using ChatDeck at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
